• Selfie or facial image for identity verification purposes.

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• GCash or PayMaya account reference numbers;
• Bank account details (bank name, account name) for withdrawal processing;
• Deposit and withdrawal transaction history;
• Account balance and bonus balance information.

3.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Game session history, wager amounts, and game outcomes;

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent for processing that is necessary for the performance of your account contract may result in account restrictions.

6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

jiliccplay does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data only in the following circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf as personal information processors (PIPs), including KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, partner banks), IT infrastructure and cloud hosting providers, customer support platform providers, and fraud and AML screening services. All PIPs are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws.

6.2 Regulatory & Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), law enforcement agencies, or courts of competent jurisdiction where we are legally required or compelled to do so, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of jiliccplay, our players, or the public.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of the jiliccplay business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will notify affected players via their registered contact details prior to any such transfer and ensure the receiving entity is bound by data privacy obligations no less protective than those in this Policy.

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended);
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention obligation;
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which they are anonymized or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

9 Data Security

jiliccplay implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. Our security measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents and financial records;

11 Children & Minors

If jiliccplay becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and take appropriate steps to prevent further access. If you believe a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 15.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of jiliccplay's service providers and technology partners may be located outside the Philippines. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
